Pakistani food is best food in the world; we use full grains that are full of nutrition and vitamins. Our food system is best for high metabolic activities. If we learn how to cook rice, how to cook vegetables, how fruits should be used etc, and then I am hopeful that most of health problems can be prevented. We can create a diet plan for diet for healthy skin and choose food for healthy skin. To get healthy glowing skin you should choose foods that are rich with Vitamin C & D. The healthier skin, the prettier you will be. Pakistani food is also far more better than junk Chinese food that has lack of nutrition.
