The triangular process of classroom environment affects the achievement of students at secondary level. The segments of this triangular process are teacher, teaching and learning. Learning is concept formation. Achievement is the result of the triangular process of the classroom. Pedagogical strategies are frequently used in teaching to accelerate learning process.

This chapter describes steps which were undertaken to complete the study these were:
- Design of the study.

- Sample.
- Procedure.
- Statistical Analysis.
3.1 Design of the study
The researcher was descriptive in nature and survey approach was considered appropriate and adopted to complete the research.
3.2 Population of the study
The population of the study consisted of all the Elementary school at grade-7 both male and female students.
3.3 Sample
From the above population following sample were drawn out through convenient sampling technique. Total 300 students male and female from the private elementary schools at grade-7.
3.4 Instrument of the study
The study was descriptive and the main data collecting instrument in this study was questionnaire-developed in the light of related literature the first dropt of the questionnaire was discussed with supervisor with her consultation some items were relate reframed before pre testing.
3.5 Validation of Research tool
After initial construction of the questionnaire editing was done. The same was validated through expert opinion. In the opinion of the experts and research supervisor some statements were deleted, some were replaced and some were included in the questionnaire. Finalized questionnaire consisted on four point rating scale, some multiple question and two open ended questions.
